Effective February 1st 2024 we will no longer be accepting any bedding from home. All pets will be provided fresh, clean bedding either on their cots, cuddle beds or layered on our heated or cooled floors. Please leave your beds, blankets or cushions at home. 

Only 1 favorite toy from home will be allowed, please label it with a permanent marker. If your dog is a chewer we will provide nyla bones at no extra cost or filled kiln dried bones for $6 to $10.

We have lots of balls, toys and fun items for your dog to play with while they are here and are supervised by our staff members. Rawhide is not allowed for risk of a choke hazard.

Cancellation Policy: All reservations booked over major holidays, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, will require a credit card on file when you make your reservation. If you fail to cancel 24 hrs prior to drop off date you will be charged FOR THE ENTIRE BOOKING, NO EXCEPTIONS!
