Pawsitive-Reinforcement Dog Training

We are now offering in house training for your pup.  You can do daycare/train or overnight board/ train. Patti, our professional, certified in-house trainer will work one-on-one with your pooch during their stay with us.

 

Let us train your pup while you're at work or on vacation!

 

Dogs participating in the training programs must be current on ALL vaccinations at least 2 weeks before sessions can begin. 

We believe solely in positive, non-aversion training methods to reach optimum experiences for your dogs. We help build your dog up, not "train" them into submission.

Three Packages Available to Fit Your Pup's Unique Training Needs

Puppy Daycare/Pre School Package

$495.00 (price includes daycare)

This package is available for puppies 8 weeks to 6 months old. It will focus on socializing in a group setting during play time, basic obedience, potty training & manners. 

​

This program is strategically designed to ensure your puppy starts life off on the right paw! It sets the foundation for a happy, successful future (for both you and your pup!)

​

Patti will work on such issues as:

  • Biting

  • Jumping

  • Humping

  • Learning to stay calm/settle down

  • Leave it

  • Look at me

  • Sit/stay

  • Light leash walking

  • Desensitization of feet, ears , touching and brushing

Walking with Dogs

Foundations 1 Package

$595.00

This package consists of 12 hours of private one on one sessions.

​

The objective of these training sessions is to minimize over-excited behaviors at home such as constant/demand barking, jumping on guests, door manners and counter surfing. Dogs will also work on loose leash walking, distraction training and listening to cues in a new environment with weekly visits to our sister location on the farm in Lordstown.

​

Patti will work on such issues as:

  • Leave it, look at me, leave/ look combo

  • Sit/stay

  • Up/down

  • Up/touch

  • Place/mat

  • Place/mat Distance

  • Place/mat Distraction

  • Come when called

  • Distance touch

  • Socialization, if possible, with our daily day care groups

  • "Loose-leash" Walking & distraction
